Grace first joined the STIC lab as a summer research student under the supervision of Dr. Christine Cassidy. She has since worked as a research assistant on projects related to the transition from pediatric to adult care, integrated knowledge transition, and clinical decision-making. In her fourth year as a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion Honours student at Dalhousie University, Grace is set to graduate in Spring 2025. She is currently completing her internship with the IWK pediatric learning health systems team. Under the supervision of Dr. Cassidy, Grace will explore how patients and caregivers’ can be engaged in the pediatric learning health system to ensure it promotes health equity. In her free time, Grace enjoys baking and cooking, listening to podcasts, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
