​​Firoozeh Bairami is a PhD candidate in Health at Dalhousie University and a Research Assistant with the STIC Lab. Her research focuses on health equity, health and social policy, and mixed methods research. Firoozeh has an interdisciplinary background in health economics, health policy, and health services management, with more than a decade of international experience in research and project management. Prior to joining Dalhousie University, she worked as a Project Manager at the European Society of Cardiology in Brussels. At the STIC Lab, she contributes to research on healthcare access and system navigation for children with medical complexity across the Maritime provinces.
