​Amanda graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with a BA in Psychology (2021), followed by a MA in Health Promotion (expected 2025) from Dalhousie University. She has worked in health research on a variety of projects with majority of her work being done to improve the transition from pediatric to adult healthcare. Amanda brings a focus on patient engagement and partnership throughout the research process to all her work. Within the STIC lab, she works with Dr. Cassidy as a Research Assistant on transitions of care research. Outside of the STIC lab, she spends most of her time coaching basketball in her community or with her dog, Finnegan. ​
